Job Description:

We’re searching for a highly motivated ADMIN COORDINATOR to support our CEO, COO and Head of Finance with daily administrative duties. Your goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Maximise Office Efficiency & Executive Team’s Productivity

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and make necessary purchase with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Compile and submit monthly claims for CEO and COO
  • Serve as reminders for CEO and COO of pending commitments, tasks and activities to be performed.
  • Assist on the travel plan, flight booking and accommodation booking for CEO and COO
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
